All our recipes are bespoke and individually created. No conveyor belt assembly lines here! Each product is carefully made, cooked to precise times and temperatures to achieve optimum eating quality. We then chill and hand pack in readiness for delivery.
We supply to various customers from home consumers, to semi-skilled chef, to top-end chefs alike. The aim is never to de-skill, but to provide busy chefs with a product that eases some of their daily stresses in the kitchen and on the pass.
